20min + 5min for questions (unless specified otherwise- see the program). Please address at least the half of your talk to PhD students: put into context your work and the field, take time to explain details you might find obvious. Language: english or french, english is preferred (slides in english please) Please prepare a pdf file that you will distribute to the organizers during the conference so that your talk can be available on the conference website. Posters
Each evening will be held a different poster session (program will be defined after the closure of the call for abstract) In case you wish to announce a job opportunity in your lab (eg a post-doc), you can send a 1 slide ppt file including some details and a picture of yourself. All annoucements will be compiled on a poster (or two) and displayed all along the conference, so that students or interested people can meet you and discuss. |
